How to Delete Your Data

To delete your data from Nourish without deleting your account:
- Open the app
- Navigate to Settings
- Find the data deletion option
- Follow the confirmation prompts
What gets deleted:
- Selected data and content
What stays:
- Your account
- Account settings
- Other non-selected data
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
